Our Rosé is produced in an elegant Provençale style. The colour is a light but vibrant salmon hue. Aromatically, the wine exhibits an array of bright red berry fruit, predominantly ripe strawberry. The palate is elegant, yet it has a smooth minerality that makes it more serious… seriously delicious.

Durbanville’s typical dusty, herbal notes are well supported by red and black fruit with a hint of spice and vanilla and cigar box notes. The medium-bodied palate shows Cabernet’s cooler flavours including spearmint, red berries and plum.
Produced from 100% Chardonnay, the Groot Phesantekraal Cap Classique Non-Vintage Blanc de Blanc displays a beautiful balance between the citrus fruit from the variety and the added complexity of the process of lees maturation.
This blend is a lush and polished wine with raspberry and mulberry perfume that follows through to the palate with silky tannins, sweet spice, and cocoa.
This perfume driven Chenin blanc has intense tropical aromas extending from guava, pear, blackcurrant to citrussy notes ranging from grapefruit to lemon. The wine also has flintiness to it with nuances of jasmine. The palate is voluptuous with a smooth tropical finish.
Juice from the older block is fermented in amphora with skins and in barrels, whereas the juice from the younger vines were fermented in a concrete egg. The wine is matured in separate vessels for approximately 9 months and blended proportionally afterwards.
This limited release Pinotage exudes characteristics of uniquely South African variety – dark fruit notable as mulberry & plum, integrated with nuances of cinnamon & cloves. An elegant palate with velvet-like tannins, with a lingering savoury character.
The complex and intriguing nose displays a melange of cool, crunchy tropical fruit, with passion fruit and guava dominating. The palate is still very youthful, with mouth-watering grapefruit and lemongrass notes along with cut grass and gooseberries.
